Do you do a deposit?
To secure your booking we do a non-refundable 20% upfront and the rest a week or so before the wedding day.
Do you meet with us before the wedding?
Depending on your needs, upon signing (or before) the contract we will do an initial zoom chat just so we are on the same page and understand what is to be expected on the wedding day. Then another zoom call 3 - 5 weeks before the date just to run through the actual day and double check all the details face-to-face. It all depends on what suits you best!
Do we have a choice when it comes to music for our wedding video?
Unfortunately, I can't use Taylor Swift or Ed Sheeran for your wedding video or I will be sued, so what I do is choose music from my licensing site after feeling the vibe of your day, and will give you options out of 5 - 8 songs. If you dislike the songs I keep looking! It's super important for me to find a song that you guys like - it's your video and I want you guys to enjoy it! In our videography meeting, I usually ask what your favourite tunes, so I can get an idea on your preferences.
What's your turn-around time with the photos & videos?
Depending on the time of year, photos have an aim for a 1 - 2 months for your entire gallery, and a 3 - 7 days for your previews. Highlights film takes around 12 weeks to edit. I am also transparent as to where I am in my editing schedule if you wish to know at any point, and I'll make sure you get some previews to get you through the wait!
What happens if you can't film our wedding? What if you get sick?
In the rare case I cannot personally film your wedding, I have second shooters whom I trust and have shot for years ready to fill in for me if I am unable to. There's always a plan B!
Can we have a USB/DVD of our film?
I will upload all your videos online for you to download. USB's can be supplied upon request.
